Follow-up Monitoring Labs:

-every 6-12 months $199 (based on what supplements, hormones, etc you are on - labs done at 6 weeks and 3 and 6 month visits, then every 6-12 months).

Patients may choose to fill eligible prescriptions through their insurance/preferred retail pharmacy. For compounded medications not typically covered by insurance, Sage Health & Wellness offers discounted cash-pay pricing through trusted pharmacy partners.
