With over 17 years as a Nurse Practitioner, I am passionate about supporting women & men's health, particularly as they navigate peri/menopause/andropause and the changes that can begin as early as your 30s. (That’s a lot of years to potentially experience symptoms!). I have experienced many of these symptoms myself, and it's remarkable how much better you can feel when you prioritize hormone optimization, vitamins, and metabolism!
